Please note that every SLR-DC housing requires a compatible Lens Port. Lens ports are sold separately and are available to fit most popular SLR lenses. Click here to access our lens port charts.

You may wish to make note of the specific camera models we currently support and take this list with you to an authorized camera retailer. We are not affiliated with any camera manufacturers and do not sell any cameras other than our current Digital Still Package model.

In general, we do not receive new camera models in advance of the general public. We require a physical production unit to begin our prototyping process. Once we are in possession of a new camera model and decide to offer a compatible housing, we are typically able to begin production within two to six weeks.

Information on new models will be posted on the corresponding manufacturer's camera chart the moment it becomes available. Our office staff is unable to provide "advanced information" beyond what is posted on our website.

We typically continue to offer compatible housings for some period of time after a camera has been discontinued. However, nothing lasts forever. A housing model listed as discontinued on our site is no longer in production and no longer in stock at Ikelite. We do not have any information regarding the inventory of our Authorized Dealers. Look for discontinued models through a web search, or post a want ad on one of the many online forums for scuba equipment.

If the camera model has been released by the manufacturer within the past six months, we may still be considering it for a housing. Keep checking the camera charts for updated information.

If the camera model is older than six months and you cannot find it on our website then we either did not support that particular model or we have since discontinued the corresponding housing.

In general, "similar" camera models from the same manufacturer will NOT operate properly in a housing unless explicitly noted on our website. We are unable to provide any additional compatibility information besides what is listed here. We do not offer custom housings.
