In January of 2022 Lise-Marie Modat took a workshop with Ikelite Ambassador Alison Bounce that would change the trajectory of her career. A swimmer for over 20 years, and a photographer of 13 years, Alison's underwater photography workshop helped Marie-Lise marry her two passions.
Now, she travels the basins and seas in order to offer unique photographic experiences for her clients. Using the Nikon D750 in an Ikelite Underwater Housing and natural light, Marie-Lise creates mementos that connect the elements with her clients' own stories. In this photo gallery she shares images from a recent shoot with professional swimmers, capturing their athleticism and grace underwater.
